Job summary

Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Care Manager for an aged care facility in Victoria. The role focuses on coordinating delivery of high-quality clinical care to residents, with duties including planning, delegating, and guiding the care team in line with policy.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor Degree in Nursing, be registered with AHPRA, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills to support residents and staff on site.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration essential.

Clinical Care Manager

The Care Manager is responsible for the coordination and delivery of quality clinical care to residents in accordance with contemporary practice. The Care Manager is responsible to plan, allocate and delegate duties and facilitate the delivery of care according to documented policies andprocedures.

This home is longstanding and supports their most beloved members of their community.

You will report to the Facility Manager while also having the support of a close knit team with a Clinical Coordinator, Registered Nurses and Personal Care assistants.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a minimum Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Experience as a Care Manager in the residential aged care sector
• Working knowledge of Accreditation Standards
• Knowledge of residents rights, AN-ACC, care planning and assessment skills.
• Well developed communication skills and leadership skills
• Sound clinical knowledge and skills in accordance with contemporary practice.
• Current AHPRA Registration essential
