Redstone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Care Manager for a residential aged care home in Cairns. You will provide clinical leadership across the home, working closely with the Facility Manager to support a dedicated clinical and care team and deliver high-quality resident care.

The role focuses on governance, compliance and team development to achieve positive resident outcomes, with relocation support available for the successful candidate. Strong RN leadership in aged care is essential.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse and proven residential aged care leader who is confident stepping into a Care Manager position.

You will bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous Care Manager experience within residential aged care
• Minimum 4 years' experience in aged care
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of clinical governance
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional resident outcomes
