Job summary

AustCorp Executive is seeking a Clinical Manager - Home Care to lead care delivery across six retirement living villages in South East Queensland. You will oversee clinical governance, rostering and performance while ensuring a resident-centered experience.

The role requires an RN with AHPRA, proven leadership in aged or community care, and strong knowledge of standards, funding models and compliance frameworks. Hybrid work with 1 WFH day per week and local travel expectations are included.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registered RN with minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• Proven leadership experience in aged or community care environments.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding models and compliance frameworks.

Clinical Manager - Home Care

An opportunity exists for an experienced clinical leader to take ownership of care delivery across a portfolio of retirement living communities in South East Queensland.

The Role

You will lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care services across multiple sites, ensuring strong clinical governance, operational performance, and a consistent resident experience. The position combines clinical oversight, team leadership, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee care and service delivery across 6 retirement living villages
• Manage care teams, including rostering, performance, development, and compliance
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation
• Drive clinical governance, continuous improvement, and audit readiness
• Manage care budgets, resources, and operational efficiency
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for residents
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare providers
• Partner with internal stakeholders across operations, sales, and support functions
• Participate in on-call and respond to escalations where required

About You

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Proven leadership experience within Support at Home
• Strong understanding of aged care legislation, funding models, and compliance frameworks (including ACQSC and SIRS)
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive performance outcomes
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and resources
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously across multiple sites

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years post-graduate clinical experience
• Leadership experience in aged care or community care
• Current driver’s licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel locally

This is a leadership role suited to someone who can balance clinical excellence with operational accountability across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
