Job summary

Regis Whitfield in Cairns seeks a Lead Clinical Care professional to guide a high-performing aged care team. You will oversee assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards while driving governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within residential aged care
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
