Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a warm and organised Lifestyle Carer to design and deliver activities that support residents’ wellbeing, independence and sense of purpose. You will work with residents, families and care teams to tailor programs that build social connection and dignity in daily living.

You will facilitate group and individual activities, learn residents’ life stories and goals, and help implement holistic care plans while following safety and aged care standards.
