Job summary

Anglicare Sydney's The Terraces is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centred clinical care for residents. You will work with the Care Manager and multidisciplinary team to plan, monitor and document care, coordinate GP visits and support family involvement.

Requirements include current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing, an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and strong clinical skills. Three years' aged care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree required.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
  • Strong clinical skills with ability to manage complex care needs.
  • Experience in aged care and care planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration per care plans.
  • Develop and evaluate care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Review high-risk residents and coordinate GP visits and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with aged care standards.
  • Lead and mentor the care team to promote best practices and safe care.
