Job summary

Bupa Kempsey Aged Care is looking for a dedicated Business Administrator (CSC) to support the operation of our 41-bed home on the Mid North Coast of NSW. You will work with the General Manager and frontline staff to ensure a welcoming, smooth administrative flow for residents and families.

In this role you’ll coordinate admissions, roster management, onboarding, and the overall customer service experience, bringing warmth, diplomacy and strong organisational skills to every interaction.

Qualifications

• Patience working in a care home requires calm and warmth.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy help when engaging with families and residents.
• Proficient MS Office skills for admin tasks and reporting.
• Experience in admin or customer service roles is essential.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities are critical for roster and frontline duties.

Responsibilities

• Resident Placement: welcome and inform prospective residents and families and coordinate admissions.
• Employee Service: manage rosters, recruitment activities, onboarding, and time-off in the schedule.
• Reception / Admin: lead customer and administrative experiences to high standards.
