Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical leadership for residential aged care teams on the Gold Coast. This role focuses on quality care, teamwork and ensuring resident wellbeing within the Galleon Gardens location.

You will lead and supervise Nurses, Personal Carers and Allied Health staff, develop care plans with families, and maintain accurate documentation and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in clinical governance, accreditation and ACFI.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams including Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staff.
• Develop and review care plans in consultation with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and information systems for care delivery.
• Promote a culture of quality care and resident wellbeing.
