Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Experience coordinating staff, rostering or scheduling.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work across a rotating roster, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for clients and caregivers.
• Coordinating bookings and filling shifts efficiently.
• Using rostering system to keep client, caregiver and shift data up to date.
• Matching client needs with caregiver skills, availability and preferences.
• Publishing and allocating shifts to service bookings smoothly.
• Keeping caregivers updated when shifts change.
• Checking in with clients and caregivers to monitor progress.
• Resolving issues with a calm, solutions‑focused approach.
• Reconciling timesheets and keeping admin moving.
• Collaborating with Care Operations, business development, P&C and finance.
