Job summary

Abbott in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Territory Manager for the Cardiac Rhythm division. You will drive sales, support healthcare professionals with clinical education, and manage relationships across clinics and hospitals within your Doncaster region.

The role requires travel to assigned regions, strong communication, and a passion for cardiology. On-site work in Doncaster with standard work shifts and 20% travel.

Qualifications

• CRM, nursing, or Cathlab experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and selling skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and increase market share in Doncaster territory.
• Support HCPs with CRM clinical education and product information for pacemaker devices.
• Manage consignment stock and service customers in clinics.
• Provide market feedback on product activity and competitor actions.
• Attend sales meetings as required and contribute to sales initiatives.
• Engage with leadership as needed and coordinate with marketing for launches.
