Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join the Cardiac Rhythm Management team in Sydney. You will apply clinical expertise in cardiac pacing devices to drive sales, educate customers, and build relationships with hospital stakeholders across the territory.

You will collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Business Development Managers to execute plans, meet quarterly targets, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in clinical cardiac sales and territory management.
• Demonstrated experience with cardiac pacing devices.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell & educate on Cardiac Rhythm management products & services across the assigned territory hospital network.
• Develop or strengthen relationships with clinical and hospital stakeholders and key decision makers.
• Act as the primary liaison and the preferred partner for patient care.
• Provide highest level of clinical service and technical support to customers while seeking efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical, technical and sales knowledge.
• Collaborate with CTMs, CSs, and BDMs to execute business plans.
