Job summary

T-REX RV by Long Haul Campers in Queensland is seeking a friendly, reliable team member to blend customer service with caravan sales and service department support. From the first showroom visit through to delivery, handover and servicing, you will be the welcoming face guiding customers through the process.

You will demonstrate the T-REX RV range, understand customer needs, follow up enquiries, close sales, coordinate delivery and handover, assist with caravan collection and service intake, and

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or retail exposure is preferred.
• Experience in caravan, automotive, camping or 4WD sectors is helpful.
• Confident dealing with customers and following through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in person, by phone and email
• Show customers through T-REX RV caravan range
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models
• Follow up enquiries and close sales
• Manage the sales process through to delivery and handover
• Assist customers with caravan collection and vehicle hook-up
• Assist the service team with customer and caravan intake
• Record required service work and communicate with customers
• Check completed service jobs before collection
• General showroom, customer service and administration duties
