Mountleap & Company is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for its Smeaton Grange Branch in NSW. The role suits an experienced retail, automotive or customer service leader aiming to grow towards a Branch Manager position.

You will report to the Branch Manager and drive branch operations, team leadership, customer experience, and sales support to ensure strong performance. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, automotive, caravan or customer-focused sectors.
• Ability to work weekends as part of a leadership roster.
• Proven track record in delivering strong customer service and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in day-to-day operations and lead branch team.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Delivery and Head Office.
• Assist in achieving branch sales, operations and customer satisfaction targets.
• Oversee showroom management and showroom displays.
