Job summary

Mountleap & Company is partnering with a leading national Caravan & RV business to appoint an Assistant Branch Manager for the Smeaton Grange Branch. This role suits an experienced leader in retail, automotive or customer service who wants to broaden management experience and progress toward a Branch Manager position.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will drive branch operations, lead the team, enhance customer experience, manage the showroom, and support sales.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail, automotive, caravan, or customer-focused industries.
• Strong organisational and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• High attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Good computer skills and CRM or business management systems experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of a retail leadership roster.
• Previous caravan/RV industry experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operation of the branch.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Delivery and Head Office teams.
• Assist in achieving branch sales, operations and customer satisfaction objectives.
