Job summary

Trainee Hub in Sydney is seeking a Car Sales Consultant to join a fast-paced, high-volume showroom. Whether you are an experienced sales professional or stepping into automotive sales, you will connect with customers and present yourself professionally.

This role offers a base salary of AUD 55,000 plus a $200 Sunday loading, with an OTE of AUD 100,000. It includes a commission structure and a company car or car allowance after probation, plus weekend shifts and employee discounts.

Car Sales Consultant - Experienced or Trainee High-Volume Automotive Brand OTE $100K+

A leading Sydney automotive group is looking for a Car Sales Consultant to join a high-performing showroom team - whether you're an experienced sales professional or ready to step into your first automotive sales role.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where communication, precision and follow-through matter. You'll need to genuinely enjoy connecting with customers, take pride in how you present yourself, and be the kind of person who takes direction well and runs with it.

What's on offer:

• Base salary $55,000 + $200 Sunday loading


• OTE $100,000
