Job summary

Mirvac Group in Sydney is seeking a Manager, Change & Technical Capability to strengthen capability and performance across Asset Management. You will lead the development of technical capability programs, learning pathways and resources, and help embed change across teams.

You'll assess capability needs, design practical training, and leverage knowledge platforms and AI tools to make information easier to access, share and apply.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years' experience across technical capability, knowledge management, business enablement, learning or training.
• Ability to design and deliver capability programs that improve performance.
• Experience building onboarding frameworks and training pathways; translating complex processes into clear content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical capability programs, learning pathways and resources to simplify complexity and accelerate readiness.
• Identify capability needs, measure impact and drive continuous improvement in individual and team performance.
• Strengthen the knowledge framework and leverage AI use cases and tools to improve information access, sharing and application.
• Support adoption of new systems and processes through targeted training and capability initiatives.
