ES Finance is hiring a Mortgage Broker in Canberra. You will meet clients to assess needs, explain lending options, and propose tailored mortgage solutions. You’ll gather documents, prepare loan applications, and coordinate with lenders to settlement.

You will also support refinancing, debt consolidation, and maintain compliance records while growing local referral networks and contributing to a professional client-focused office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mortgage brokerage experience and a record of success in advisory roles.
• Solid knowledge of lending policies and loan structuring.
• Experience with debt consolidation, refinancing strategies and cash flow.
• Ability to build referral networks and market locally.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-relations skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfort working on-site in Canberra and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess financial needs and explain lending products.
• Recommend mortgage and finance solutions tailored to client goals.
• Gather, verify and organise documentation for loan applications.
• Liaise with lenders and track applications through to settlement.
• Follow up with existing clients and assist with refinancing.
• Maintain regulatory records and support office processes.
• Contribute to local marketing initiatives and referral networks.
