Job summary

The Customer Field Technician role based in Canberra is hands-on and customer‑focussed. You’ll work independently across nbn technologies, installing copper or fibre cabling, setting up customer equipment, and helping customers in homes or small businesses.

Working hours are 7am to 7pm with flexibility. You’ll receive full training, all required tools, plus ongoing support. Safety is central; a current, clean driver’s licence is essential, and prior telecom experience isn’t required.
