Job summary

Fujitsu Australia is seeking an experienced Consulting Manager to lead the delivery of managed services and build a high-performing team in Canberra. You will oversee day-to-day consulting and engineering resources, ensure contractual commitments are met, and foster strong client relationships to drive service excellence.

You will partner with delivery, operations and account teams to optimise resources, identify growth opportunities, and manage budgets and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven people leadership experience, including performance management and mentoring.
• Strong understanding of service delivery management within ongoing engagements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Understanding of project governance, operational processes and service management principles.
• Ability to balance customer outcomes with commercial and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned engagements and ensure contractual obligations are delivered to high standards.
• Lead, coach and manage team members across multiple client accounts and conduct performance reviews.
• Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for leadership.
