Royal Melbourne Institute Of Technology (RMIT) seeks a casual on-campus Student Connect Concierge to provide peer-to-peer support both face-to-face and digitally. You will handle simple student inquiries, educate on services, assist with events and student card production, and triage questions to appropriate teams.

This role is on-campus, across multiple campuses, with flexible hours aligned to service demand and peak periods, and requires relevant student enrollment and a Working With Children

Qualifikationen

• Must be currently enrolled in an RMIT award program.
• Excellent written and spoken English and customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn university processes and adapt to change.
• Must pass Working With Children Check as required.

Aufgaben

• Provide positive, helpful and proactive customer service via all service channels.
• Follow protocols to educate students and promote self-service options.
• Answer first level enquiries about accessing RMIT services and booking appointments online.
• Utilise the University CRM to record interactions with students.
• Assist with set up and pack up of events and production of student cards.
• Support delivery of student engagement activities and card production.
