Job summary

TAFE NSW is seeking a Services Coordinator to collaborate with internal partners and provide campus services for staff and students. The role acts as a key point of contact within TAFE NSW for the broader community, representing and engaging with external organisations.

You will oversee on-site operations, coordinate local service delivery, and support incident management to keep campuses safe, welcoming and well-organised.

Qualifications

• On-site campus role requiring coordination of services for staff and students.
• Must establish relationships with stakeholders and community.
• Good negotiation and communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings.
• A valid Working with Children Check is required prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local service delivery and oversee on-site operations to keep the campus safe and welcoming.
• Support incident and issue management and assist staff, students and visitors.
• Attend on-site 5 days per week and travel to other campuses as needed.
