Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification with extensive management experience in retail and commercial property management, including leasing, operations, finance & budgeting and marketing.
• Proven real-world success in lease and property management and administration with high-value outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills ensuring timely business decisions.
• Experienced in managing workload, delivering outcomes, and meeting client expectations.
• Proven ability to build productive stakeholder relationships and foster a coherent team culture.
• Commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, marketing, lease management and financials for on-campus and off-campus property assets.
• Ensure lease compliance, reporting, safety and landlord/user needs are met; drive retailer operational improvements.
• Provide property advice, support, research and reporting across asset classes; lead lease negotiations when directed.
• Deliver timely, high-quality service and contribute to value and efficiency across the portfolio.
