Job summary

Contour Education in Melbourne is seeking a Campus Manager to own the campus experience, ensuring safety, organisation and an elite student journey from first trial to ongoing classes. You will lead the Service Team on-site, coach tutors and staff, and relentlessly optimise operations, touchpoints and ride the student and family experience to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service leadership experience in education, operations, retail, hospitality, or similar sectors.
• Willing to be on-site full-time and lead from the floor daily.
• Clear, empathetic communication with students, families, and staff.
• Strong systems, processes, and standards discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own campus success: safe, organised, elite student experience every day.
• Lead, coach and develop the campus Service Team into high-performing operators.
• Safeguard the student and parent journey from trial to ongoing classes.
• Oversee core campus processes (opening/closing, attendance, reschedules, inventory, communications).
• Ensure clear, empathetic support to walk-ins and students/parents.
• Oversee trial experience and bookings to maximise conversion.
• Build strong tutor relationships and ensure readiness of resources and tech.
• Identify gaps and drive workflow and process improvements.
• Audit operations and uphold Contour standards.
• Represent the campus and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead crisis and issue management to protect the student experience.
