Job summary

Contour Education in Sydney is seeking a Campus Leader to own day-to-day operations, ensure safety, and deliver an elite student experience on site.

You will coach the Service Team, manage walk-ins, trials, and assessments, and collaborate with senior leaders to uphold Contour standards. This on-site role requires weekday and weekend presence when classes run, with a strong focus on student and parent satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service leadership experience (education, operations, retail, hospitality, etc.)
• Ability to lead and develop a service team on campus
• Willingness to be on-site full-time and presence across weeknights/weekends when classes run
• Clear, empathetic, professional communication with students, families, and staff
• Strong operational discipline to keep systems and standards on track
• Calm, decisive problem-solving under pressure

Responsibilities

• Campus Ownership: ensure safety, organisation, and elite-experience readiness every day
• Team Leadership & Development: coach and develop the Service Team into high-performing operators
• Campus Representation: uphold brand standards and escalate issues
• Crisis & Issue Management: respond quickly to disruptions, protect student experience
• Operational Excellence: manage opening/closing, class readiness, reschedules, attendance, inventory, and service channels
• Tutor Enablement: maintain classrooms, resources, and tech readiness
• Experience Stewardship: safeguard the student/parent journey from trial to ongoing classes
• Walk-In & Student Support Oversight: provide empathetic, accurate support to students/parents
• Trial Experience & Conversion: own the trial experience end-to-end
• Workflow & Process Improvement: identify gaps and implement solutions
• Standards & Quality Assurance: audit operations and touchpoints against Contour standards
