Job summary

Contour Education in Hurstville NSW is seeking a full-time Campus Manager to own the campus experience, lead the service team, and ensure an elite student, parent, and tutor experience.

You will drive campus operations, safeguard standards, and foster continuous improvement so the campus becomes a model of Contour quality. This on-site role requires weekly evening and weekend availability when classes run.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing a service team.
• Experience on-campus or education/operations is preferred.
• Strong communication with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Own campus operations and safety standards.
• Lead and develop campus experience team.
• Oversee walk-in support, trial experience and conversions.
• Drive continuous improvement of campus processes.
