Job summary

Contour Education is seeking a full-time Campus Leader (Customer Service Manager) for the Upper Mount Gravatt campus to own the campus experience and lead the service team. You’ll ensure a safe, organised, elite journey for students, parents and tutors, while upholding Contour standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee trials and conversions, support tutors, and manage campus operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer service team in education or retail.
• Proven ability to coach and develop frontline staff.
• Willingness to be on-site full-time, including evenings/weekends when needed.
• Clear, empathetic communication with students, families and staff.
• Strong systems mindset to keep operations on track.
• Calm, decisive approach to problems.

Responsibilities

• Own campus operations to ensure a safe, organised, elite student experience.
• Lead and develop the campus service team.
• Oversee walk-in and student support across channels.
• Manage trial experiences and conversions.
• Enable tutors with resources and on-site support.
• Drive workflow improvements and standardized processes.
• Audit operations and uphold Contour standards.
• Represent the campus and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead crisis and issue management to protect student experience.
