Zerra is seeking a Commercial Leader for Western Downs Digital Park (WDDP) in regional Queensland. You will own the campus-wide cost plan, governance framework, and contract management for the leased building during construction and future digital park projects.

The role requires strong leadership and a track record of delivering forecast-quality cost reporting to ExCom. Reporting to the Executive Project Director, you will collaborate with Finance, Planning, Legal, and Construction Delivery

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• 10+ years experience in cost management or capital projects leadership.
• Experience with cost governance across multiple building phases.

Responsabilidades

• Own campus-wide cost plan across capex stages.
• Provide monthly cost reporting to Finance and ExCom.
• Manage contract administration for GC and OSE contracts.
• Coordinate with Planning Leader to align cost with master programme.
• Lead cost governance forums and risk reviews.
• Develop scalable cost control processes for future phases.
