Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end campaign activity for property listings, including photography, floorplans, video, copywriting, brochures and online ads.
• Prepare pre-list kits, listing presentations, inspection packs, schedules and reporting; be the primary contact for vendors.
• Oversee day-to-day office administration, support sales team and principal, manage suppliers and systems.
• Maintain compliance, onboarding support, training coordination and process improvements.
