Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate digital marketing, social media, property advertising and other promotional campaigns.
• Develop and manage marketing materials, including property brochures, online listings, digital content and advertising resources.
• Analyse marketing performance, customer engagement and campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Advise management on brand positioning, target markets, promotional strategies and marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and service providers to ensure effective campaign delivery.
• Monitor marketing budgets and expenditure, preparing regular performance reports.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and promotional activities.
