Job summary

Blackwoods is seeking a Campaign Marketing Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of promotional campaigns, from planning through performance analysis, to support category growth and customer engagement.

You will coordinate schedules, catalogs, offers and collateral while aligning with Sales, Digital and Supplier teams to ensure campaigns run on time and deliver measurable outcomes. This is a 12-month maximum-term contract based in Sydney with opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in campaign marketing or similar role.
• Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of marketing channels and campaign execution.
• Experience analysing performance data and translating insights into action.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and deadline management.
• Experience within a B2C environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of promotional and tactical marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, catalogues and offer deployment.
• Manage campaign briefs, timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Track KPIs, budgets and return on investment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to achieve campaign objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across campaign activity.
• Ensure projects are executed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
