Job summary

Anaman Pty is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership, commercial performance, and delivery oversight for camp services on a major resources project. You will work with an Oper ational Project Manager to drive performance, client satisfaction and contract delivery across multiple remote locations.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the strategic leadership, commercial performance and operational delivery of camp services supporting a major resources project.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced services-industry leader with a background managing large-scale operational contracts in sectors such as facilities management, hospitality, workforce accommodation, mining services, asset maintenance or integrated service delivery.

Working alongside an experienced Operational Project Manager who oversees day- to- day operational logistics, compliance, training and workforce development, you will focus on broader operational performance, financial outcomes, client relationships and contract delivery.

About You

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, facilities management, contract services or integrated service delivery environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated responsibility for P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting and contract management.
• Experience managing Tier 1 or large-scale service contracts with high client expectations and performance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• The ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
• Experience improving operational efficiency, productivity and service outcomes.
• A strong understanding of health, safety, quality and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to travel to remote locations
