Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a seasoned HR leader to guide people strategy, industrial relations, and talent delivery on a major Victorian infrastructure project. You will direct a small HR team across recruitment, onboarding, and camp accommodation, while advising senior leaders on workforce risks and complex employee matters.

You will shape employment, diversity, Aboriginal participation, trainee and graduate commitments, and report insights to joint venture partners and the client.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, industrial relations or a related field.
• Proven HR leadership in infrastructure, construction or resources.
• Strong employee relations and industrial relations experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading HR and recruitment teams.
• Sound knowledge of employment law and strong influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead people strategy and workforce planning aligned to project delivery.
• Own industrial relations strategy, union engagement and enterprise agreement implementation.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, people risks and complex workforce matters.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle from recruitment through to separation.
• Deliver local employment, diversity, Aboriginal participation, trainee and graduate commitments.
• Report workforce metrics and trends to senior leaders, partners and the client.
• Lead the HR team and meet Fair Work, contractual and audit obligations.
