ACCIONA is delivering a major Victorian infrastructure project and seeks a senior HR/IR lead to shape people strategy, manage talent delivery, onboarding and camp accommodation. You will partner with senior leaders to address workforce risk, industrial relations, and enterprise agreements for the project, including diversity, Aboriginal participation, trainees and graduates.

You will report to the Director, People & Project Services, lead a small HR team and ensure compliant employment practices

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, industrial relations or related field.
• Proven HR leadership in infrastructure, construction or resources.
• Strong employee relations and industrial relations experience.
• Experience leading HR and recruitment teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead people strategy and workforce planning aligned to project delivery.
• Own industrial relations strategy, union engagement and enterprise agreement implementation.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, people risks and complex workforce matters.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle from recruitment through to separation.
• Deliver local employment, diversity, Aboriginal participation, trainee and graduate commitments.
• Report workforce metrics and trends to senior leaders, partners and the client.
• Lead the HR team and meet Fair Work, contractual and audit obligations.
