Job summary

Familyandkids is seeking passionate Chefs to join the culinary team across casual, part-time and full-time opportunities at our resort. You will work in a dynamic kitchen alongside experienced teams in our main kitchen, Sola Restaurant & Bar, and our busy banqueting and events operation.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering high-quality food for restaurant, banqueting and events, following HACCP and WHS standards, and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Prepare and deliver high-quality food across restaurant, banqueting and event services
• Work across a variety of menus and styles of service
• Support the delivery of conferences, weddings and large-scale events
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and Food & Beverage teams
• Follow food safety, HACCP and WHS standards
• Assist with preparation, stock rotation and maintaining an organised kitchen
• Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen culture
