Job summary

HR Partners in Sydney CBD is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative for Salary Packaging with an immediate start. An initial 6-8 week contract with potential extension to mid 2027, hourly rate $38.89 plus super, located in Sydney CBD near Town Hall.

You will handle inbound calls, assist customers with their salary packaging accounts, and maintain records while delivering friendly, accurate service. Training is provided to support a fast-paced corporate environment.
