• Strictly follow the store's standardized recipes, measurements, and operating procedures to ensure consistent appearance, stable taste, and clean, refined presentation for every cake.
• Skilled in cream whipping, fruit arrangement, and decoration; expertly control cream texture to prevent melting, collapsing, or rough surfaces.
• Maintain daily kitchen hygiene, tool sanitization, ingredient organization, and categorized fridge storage; minimize food waste, conduct regular expiry-date checks, and comply with food safety regulations.
• Support peak-hour order volume, delivering daily orders efficiently and consistently with both speed and quality.
• Maintain product presentation standards and be familiar with all in-store cake designs.
