Op Central is hiring a Cake Decorator to craft ice cream cakes and deliver memorable customer experiences. The role offers on-site training and flexible shifts to fit personal commitments.

As part of a team, you will follow Baskin-Robbins training and systems, prioritise guests, and uphold food safety standards while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Ice Cream Cake Decoration as per the Custom order requirements.
• Follow Baskin-Robbins training and systems.
• Maintain a culture where our guests are our priority.
• Ensure all guests receive friendly and efficient service.
• Develop strong relationships with all team members.
• Ensure each shift is run as effectively and efficiently as possible.
• Ensure food safe practices are always followed.
• Customer service and stock rotation.
• Completing checklists.
