We are looking for a talented, reliable, and hardworking Cake Decorator to join our team. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating stunning, high-quality cakes that meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Decorate cakes for various occasions (e.g., weddings, birthdays, holidays)
• Cut, fill, and cover cakes with buttercream
• Decorate cakes to our high-quality standards, ensuring both visual appeal and taste
• Assist with other bakery tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the bakery team to fulfil daily orders in a timely manner
• Work within a small team to ensure smooth daily operations and order fulfilment

About you

• Previous experience in a bakery environment and home bakers with strong decorating skills are also welcome to apply
• Experience in cutting, filling, and covering cakes with buttercream
• Attention to detail with a creative eye for design
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to consistently meet high-quality standards in cake decoration
• Reliable, hardworking, and takes genuine pride in producing beautiful, high-quality work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a small team
