Job summary

Marlin Coast Swimming and Fitness in Cairns North QLD is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to run our front kiosk, mentor the team and drive fresh, nutritious food and top-tier coffee for families, learners and elite athletes during our growth phase.

This role focuses on coaching daily operations, maintaining high food quality, and implementing safe, efficient service during peak times while contributing to menu innovations and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of supervisory experience in a busy cafe or hospitality venue.
• Passion for fresh, healthy food and high-volume espresso execution.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and an energetic, community-minded attitude.
• Availability for a flexible roster, including early mornings and weekends.

About the Role
