Job summary

LagardèreAWPL Travel Retail at Brisbane Airport is hiring energetic Café Team Members for the Bound Café. You’ll deliver top-notch customer service, prepare food and drinks, and work with a lively team in a fast-paced airport setting.

We require RSA and Food Safety certificates, strong presentation, reliable transport, and availability across early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays. Aviation Security ID eligibility is also needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a café or customer service role is preferred.
• RSA and Food Safety certificates required.
• Well-groomed and professionally presented.
• Positive, can-do attitude and love for customer interaction.
• Reliable transport to the airport is essential.
• Available for early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.

Bound offers a best in class book offer to browse before boarding your flight. With a wide range of genres including the Top 50 fiction, children’s, business, lifestyle; and special interest titles, you can browse in the comfort in our seating area. Looking for a special gift? We have a wide range to choose from including local craft spirits, chocolates, and gourmet food from southeast Queensland and beyond.

We’re looking for energetic Café Team Members to join our vibrant Bound Café at Brisbane Airport. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, and love serving up great coffee with a side of good vibes – this is your runway to something exciting!

Looking for great availability either in AM/PM across week days and week ends!

Store operates 4:30AM-10:00PM

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, welcoming approach
• Take orders, prepare food & beverages, and keep things running smoothly
• Work collaboratively with a fun and hardworking team
• Keep the café sparkling and service standards sky‑high
• Help travellers feel right at home – no matter how early or late the hour!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a café or customer service role (bonus if you’ve worked with food & coffee!)
• Responsible Serving of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
• Food Safety Certificate
• Well‑groomed & professionally presented
• A positive, “can-do” attitude and love for customer interaction
• Reliable car/transport to the airport
• Availability to work a mixture of shifts early morning and late nights including weekends & holidays
• Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
