Job summary

Caffe Cherry Beans Erindale is seeking an experienced Cafe or Restaurant Manager to oversee daily cafe operations and ensure high-quality service in a busy environment.

The role requires a relevant hospitality qualification and 3+ years of cafe/restaurant management experience, with strong food safety knowledge and staff leadership abilities. Weekend availability may be required, with a full-time salary in the listed range.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in hospitality management, business management or a closely related field.
• More than three years of relevant experience in cafe or restaurant management.
• Experience supervising and training kitchen, barista and customer-service employees.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cafe’s daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Recruit, train, supervise and roster staff.
• Monitor food quality, customer service and overall workplace performance.
• Manage stock, suppliers, purchasing, pricing and cost control.
• Maintain financial records including sales and wages.
