Job summary

Zeea's Eatery in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to own the day-to-day operation. You will be on the floor, leading your team, talking to customers, solving problems and driving the venue's performance forward.

We want a hospitality professional with strong leadership, rostering, stock control and cost management skills, plus a passion for great coffee, food, and service. You will maintain high standards and work to grow the business while ensuring safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a café, restaurant or similar hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with rostering, ordering, stock control and cost management.
• Understanding of café operations and profitability.
• Ability to stay calm and organised during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the café's day-to-day performance
• Lead, motivate and develop the team
• Manage daily service and ensure the café runs smoothly
• Create and manage staff rosters
• Maintain exceptional food, coffee, service and presentation standards
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Manage ordering, stock levels and wastage
• Control labour and operating costs
• Drive sales and identify opportunities to grow the business
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and WHS standards are maintained
