Job summary

Jamaica Blue Kardinya in Kardinya, WA, is seeking a Cafe Manager to run daily operations, lead a team, and drive profitability while maintaining exceptional service.

You will schedule staff, manage inventory and financial reporting, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with the regional team on promotions. The role is full-time and based in-store.

Qualifications

As our Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and drive profitability. This is a full-time role based in our Kardinya location.

Key responsibilities

Manage all aspects of cafe operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all customers

Lead, train, and motivate a team of passionate baristas and cafe staff

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to drive efficiency and profitability

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

Collaborate with the regional team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote the cafe

About you
