Solbowl at Sydney Airport, part of Cater Care, is seeking a Café Manager to lead a fast-paced team with a passion for coffee. This permanent full-time role at Sydney Airport’s Solbowl offers early starts and a chance to own day-to-day café operations, drive service standards, and manage stock and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong barista skills and a passion for quality coffee.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence managing stock, waste, rosters and labour costs.
• A Food Safety Supervisor qualification and RSA.
• Availability for early starts from 4:30 am when rostered.

Responsibilities

As Café Manager, you'll be the person who keeps the coffee flowing, customers smiling and your team firing on all cylinders. You'll take ownership of the café operation, balance the business essentials and make sure the customer experience is always front and centre.
