Solbowl at Sydney Airport, part of Cater Care, is seeking a Café Manager to lead a fast-paced team with a passion for coffee. This permanent full-time role at Sydney Airport’s Solbowl offers early starts and a chance to own day-to-day café operations, drive service standards, and manage stock and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong barista skills and a passion for quality coffee.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence managing stock, waste, rosters and labour costs.
• A Food Safety Supervisor qualification and RSA.
• Availability for early starts from 4:30 am when rostered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a café team to deliver consistent service.
• Own the operation: manage daily café operations and service standards.
• Balance stock, inventory, and rostering to optimise costs.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and coffee quality.
• Support training and development for team members.
