Job summary

Solbowl at Sydney Airport is hiring a Café Manager to lead a fast-paced café, keep coffee flowing and ensure outstanding customer service. You’ll own daily operations, balance stock and rostering while guiding a team to deliver top-quality coffee and food with pride.

Ideal candidates have strong barista skills, experience leading teams, excellent communication, and availability for 4:30 am starts. RSA and Food Safety Supervisor qualifications are required.

Qualifications
