Stromlo Leisure Centre Café is seeking a passionate, commercially minded Café Manager to lead the business at Stromlo Leisure Centre. You’ll drive revenue, expand food and beverage offerings, and own the guest experience while guiding a dedicated team.

Reporting to the Assistant Venue Manager, you will manage operations, purchasing, stock control, and compliance, while creating growth opportunities across catering, events and celebrations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or cafe leadership.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and food safety requirements.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Commercial acumen with budgets, sales and profitability.
• Growth mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, team members and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
• Lead and develop a high-performing café team.
• Oversee daily operations, purchasing, stock control and inventory.
• Expand catering, events and other revenue streams.
• Maintain café presentation, cleanliness and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and audits.
