Job summary

Silva Coffee Roasters in Warburton is seeking an experienced Café Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a passionate team and elevate the customer experience at our flagship Warburton venue.

You will drive profitability, growth, and service excellence, while aligning with the Silva standard and collaborating with the Roastery Management team to maintain quality across the bar and cafe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years proven management experience in a high-volume hospitality venue.
• Strong front of house and floor management experience in specialty coffee or premium café settings.
• Ambition and drive to build a venue striving for excellent standards.
• Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality industry.
• Leadership to recruit, train and inspire a front of house team.
• Ability to manage budgets, labour costing, stock control and wastage.
• Proficient with POS systems and daily reconciliation.

As Café Manager , you’ll oversee all operational aspects of our Warburton coffee bar, leading the team and daily service, while driving profitability, growth, and a consistently outstanding customer experience. You’ll work closely with our Roastery Management team to ensure the café delivers the Silva standard every day.
