Inglewood Coffee Roasters Pty is seeking an experienced Barista for our Mount Waverley venue. This casual role offers regular weekday hours (6:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday) with occasional weekend shifts and opportunities to work at other venues.

You’ll be part of a two-person team, handling up to 12kg of coffee daily in a busy espresso bar setting. We value pride in craft, reliability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Coffee Preparation & Quality: Prepare and serve espresso-based and specialty coffee to Inglewood standards.
• Dial in coffee and maintain consistency throughout service.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and used correctly.
• Keep up with high volume service as part of a two-person team.
• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, professional and engaging customer service.
• Build rapport with regular customers and represent the Inglewood brand positively.
• Handle customer requests and feedback with care and confidence.
• Operations & Workflow: Balance the till at the end of shift.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleaning standards across the bar, equipment and service areas.
• Follow opening, service and closing procedures accurately, including working independently when required.
• Support smooth daily operations during service periods.
• Team & Culture: Work collaboratively with the wider café, retail and roastery team.

Inglewood Coffee Roasters is one of Australia's fastest-growing specialty coffee roasters, driven by a passion for quality, innovation and exceptional customer experience. We're currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Inglewood Espresso Bar in Mount Waverley.

About the Role

As a Barista, you'll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality coffee while providing warm, efficient service to our customers. You'll be based at our espresso bar out the front of our warehouse in Mount Waverley, working in a two-person team and moving up to 12kg of coffee a day.

This is a casual role with regular weekday hours, plus additional shifts available at other venues for those wanting more.

Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pm

Friday morning availability is essential

Key Responsibilities
