Job summary

The Coffee Club in Australia seeks a Café Manager to lead daily café operations, ensure consistent service quality, and deliver exceptional hospitality across all guest touchpoints.

You will coach a high-performance team, handle rostering, recruitment, and training, and oversee labour costs, COGS, and P&L to drive profit while maintaining award‑level WHS and food safety standards. This hands‑on role requires weekend and public holiday availability.

What we’re after

• Oversee day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth service, quality food & beverage presentation, and exceptional customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance team — from rostering and recruitment to training and feedback.
• Manage financial performance, including labour budgets, cost of goods, sales growth, and P&L accountability.
• Maintain compliance and safety standards, from food safety to WHS, ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Be hands-on when needed — whether that’s on the floor, behind the machine, or supporting in the kitchen.
• Drive sales growth through promotions, upselling, and local area marketing initiatives.

This role requires applicants to have working rights in Australia and flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
